Customer is responsible for paying the shipping and duty .
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
The costume order takes 4 to 6 weeks to be ready to ship.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your order will arrive in a cardboard box
We pack each item with great care and attention. Each piece will be wrapped in bubble wrap and/or paper. Additional padding will surround your pottery on all sides
If your pottery chips, cracks or breaks during shipping, send us a picture of the damaged piece(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship your a replacement piece at no expense

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address we will refund your order excluding the shipping fee and ask that you re-submit your order.

How long will it take for my package to arrive once it is shipped?
All our pottery ships from our studio in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada.
The following delivery times are based on Canada Post Delivery Standards
These delivery times do not include processing time. Orders will be processed in 2-3 days after they have been received
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays
All products are final sale. Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. It's extremely unlikely to happen but if your order arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com with photos and we will ship you a new piece if available or refund your order.
Product that arrives chipped, cracked or broken:
If your pottery arrives with chips, cracks or is broken please email a photograph of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org
After receipt of the damaged item email with photograph, replacement product will be shipped in 2-3 days if it is in stock
Items not in stock will ship in 4 - 6 weeks
